Right Justice Advocates and Associates (NOW RIGHT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC)formed in December 2018, which was former Kamraj Consultancy in Dubai, UAE practicing enforcements of IPR since 1997 which makes us one of the leading intellectual property advisers in Middle East, European Union, China and now India also. We have assisted an impressive list of clients since our establishment in 1997 to maximize the benefit of intellectual property rights and have guided them in dealing with infringers of their property right. Introduction

Rajesh Jagasia, the founder of Right Justice Advocates and Associates is LLB from Bombay University, India and has an experience of over 30 years in the field of law, especially in criminal and civil cases. Mr. Jagasia migrated to Dubai in 1996 and focused on counterfeiting and intellectual property issues working through lawyers and investigators.

By 2000, Mr. Jagasia expanded his own client base comprising of multinationals. Moreover, he successfully carried out many seizures in co-operation with local government authorities.

In the year 2003, he started his firm in the name of Kamraj Consultancy in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He had his team of lawyers to handle cases in UAE courts.

Kamraj Consultancy expanded the network to Guangzhou and Yiwu, China in 2004 and have been instrumental in successfully prosecuting IP violations, closing down factories manufacturing counterfeit products.

Along with the experienced local lawyers of Dubai, UAE, Rajesh Jagasia laid the foundation to practice in all civil and criminal cases by taking power of attorney in personal name between 2013 and 2018. During the same year Right Justice Advocates and Associates was also started in Mumbai, India, by him.

OUR PARTNERS:

In Germany a former senior police officer, Director with Kroll Associates and General Manager with Control Risks in Germany. He is specializing in crisis management and, since 2000, on IP enforcement in Germany and neighboring EU countries. In addition, he is experienced in the investigation and prosecution of extortion cases.
